A basic backpack, hidden away under beds, in closets, by the door. Invisible, when it needs to be immediate.
We don't forget emergencies. We forget the kit. Stored away. Out of sight. Out of mind. But when a disaster hits, every second counts.
"This isn't a product problem. It's a behaviour problem. If you can't see it, you won't reach for it."
Mamoru is not just a redesign of a disaster kit. It is a new product category. It combines real-time hazard intelligence with physical emergency supplies in a single object designed to live proudly in any home, hotel, or office.
* LoRa mesh beacon functionality depends on local network density. Coverage and range may vary significantly by region and are not guaranteed in all emergency scenarios.
Crafted from sustainable materials, Mamoru embraces simplicity and minimalism, sitting harmoniously in any room as a refined home object that earns its place in plain sight.
Mamoru's design language is inspired by Japanese wabi-sabi, embracing natural imperfection, honest materials, and understated presence. It feels calm, considered, and made to belong in the room.
The same object that provides gentle ambient light in the evening shifts instantly into emergency mode when danger is detected. Colour-coded LED alerts, a loud speaker, and touchscreen guidance help people respond quickly and clearly.
Retractable carry straps on the reverse allow the full device, including intelligence, supplies, and beacon capability, to be lifted and moved within seconds when evacuation begins.
Mamoru is currently in active development. We are building Japan's first smart emergency hub. A single beautiful object that combines real-time disaster alerts, emergency supply storage, evacuation guidance, and family beacon technology.
We expect our first production units to be ready in late 2026. Joining the waiting list is free, carries no commitment, and gives you a direct line into what we build.
